Closed a B2B partnership with one of the world's leading fashion publications, featuring a two-week pop-up takeover of their HQ and innovating a proprietary physical retail system in the process.

Highsnobiety is one of the world’s leading fashion publications and a renowned fashion agency, celebrated for its deep influence on global streetwear culture and its focus on fashion hype. Known for shaping trends and connecting brands with the fashion-forward audience, Highsnobiety stands at the intersection of fashion, culture, and innovation. We at POOL had the incredible opportunity to take over the ground floor of their Berlin HQ, where we showcased our innovative and sustainable fashion offerings in a two-week pop-up. The initiative included panel talks and attracted a massive gathering of the Berlin fashion community, making it a dynamic and exciting collaboration.

MY ROLE

As a co-founder of POOL I was hands-on in closing the B2B contract, including defining the scope, budgeting, legal and planning - along with designing the UX of the physical pop-up together with the renowned interior design studio Spacon & X. The project was an opportunity to create and test a new scalable retail rack system built on repurposed materials, which included an innovative design and development process with Spacon & X designing our own new modular and sustainable retail system.
