Co-founding and building a design agency with a focus on employee engagement and wellbeing - winning large strategic design innovation programs for global organisations
Orchard MBC is a design agency specializing in designing for behavioral change for employee engagement and wellbeing. With Design Thinking and anthropological fieldwork gained insights innovative user centered digital solutions are designed, developed and implemented.
As a co-founder I co-defined the concept, strategy and led the start-up company as managing director. Most of my time went into program management of the few but large global programs we did with large organizations like ISS World Services, Hilton Worldwide and Estée Lauder Companies. Co-founding the company with a performance management consultancy meant direct access to suggesting strategic projects with c-suite sponsors. Leading these projects meant defining strategy, product concept and UX and get buy-in from c-suite sponsors for them to lead the user insights, design sprints and eventually lead the design and development of the solution and product. Since several products became a success we expanded to also managing the implementation of the solution in their global organizations.
